Project enquiries

Hayden Dias uses the name, email address and project information you submit to respond to your enquiry and manage related work. Optional fields can be left blank. Sending a brief does not subscribe you to marketing.

Enquiries are stored in private Vercel storage hosted in the United States and can be read in Hayden’s private project dashboard. Contact information is not placed in public pages or anonymous analytics reports. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in a brief.

Website analytics

Vercel Web Analytics provides anonymous reports about visits, pages, approximate location, devices and referral sources. A separate private tracker counts player opens and email-link clicks with broad campaign labels. An open or click does not prove a video was watched or an email sent.

For abuse protection, the server creates a daily-changing hash from network information; it does not store the raw IP address with an enquiry or interaction. Submission and interaction limits help prevent spam. These records are not used to identify anonymous visitors, link them across websites or enrich their contact information.

Your choices

Contact unsurefilmmaker@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry details. Enquiry records are kept while responding to and managing the potential project, then reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. You can also contact Hayden directly by email instead of using the form.
